Hi! I'm Zoë
Hello, my name is Zoë Rutledge and I am the owner of The Pink Poppie Boutique! I am 18 years and graduated high school in May of this year. Owning a boutique has always been a dream of mine and I am so thankful to have made it a reality. I have always had a passion for fashion and helping others feel their best while also making sure they can express themselves through the clothes they wear!
